Deceit
is in the hearts of those who plot evil,
(Proverbs 12:20)
"Wicked
people cannot sleep unless they have
done something wrong. They lie awake unless they
have hurt someone. Wickedness and
violence are like food and drink to them" (Proverbs 4:16-17).
"All the while planning evil in their perverted minds,
stirring up trouble everywhere"
(Proverbs 6:14)
"The
wicked are estranged from the womb; they go
astray from birth, speaking lies. They have venom like the venom
of a serpent, like the deaf adder that stops its ear, so that it does
not hear the voice of charmers or of the cunning enchanter."
(Psalms 58:3-5)
"Sin
speaks to the wicked deep in their hearts; they reject God and do not
have reverence for Him.
Because they think so highly
of themselves, they think that God will not discover their sin and
condemn it.
Their speech is wicked and full of lies; they no longer do
what is wise and good.
They make evil plans as they
lie in bed; nothing they do is good, and they never reject anything evil."
(Psalms 36:1-4)
"Do
not the Syrians, as they are usually called, or
the Arameans, as they in fact are termed, deserve more
attention in world history than they are usually given?"

French Foreighn Minister
Roland Dumas on the preplanned destruction of Syria
“ I’m going to tell you something. I was in England two years before
the violence in Syria on other business. I met with top British
officials, who confessed to me
that they were preparing something in Syria.
…………
Britain was organizing an invasion of rebels into Syria.
They even asked me, although I was no longer minister for foreign
affairs, if I would like to participate.
Naturally, I refused, I said I’m French, that doesn’t interest me.’’
’This operation goes way back. It was prepared, preconceived and
planned…
in the region it is important to know that this Syrian regime has a
very anti-Israeli stance.
Consequently, everything that moves in the region- and I have this
from the former Israeli prime minister who told me ‘we’ll try to get
on with our neighbours but those who don’t agree with us
will be destroyed.
It’s a type of politics, a view of history, why not after all. But
one should know about it.’’
Extermination of white Euorpean race
by dark forces of abyss
I think there is a resurgence of
anti-Semitism because at this point in time Europe has not yet learned
how to be multicultural. And I think we are going to be part of the
throes of that transformation, which must take place. Europe is not
going to be monolithic societies they once were in the last century.
Jews are going to be at the centre of that. It’s a huge transformation
for Europe to make. They are now going into a multicultural mode and
Jews will be resented because of our leading role.”

The
Aramean people of Mesopotamia are the indigenous people of Aram-Nahrin.
The Aramean people, not to be confused with 'Armenians', speak Aramaic,
the language spoken by Abraham, Moses and Jesus Christ. Today's Arameans
are divided into various denominations and called by different names (More
about this:
Here &
Here.)
The culture, history, language and faith of the
Aramean people have attracted the attention of many people including
scientists, artists, linguistics, clergy and laymen. The Italian film
producer Giacomo Pezalli, for example, was so impressed by the history
of one of the oldest existing Semitic people in the world that he
decided to make a film about the Aramean people entitledThe Hidden Pearl: The Aramaic
Heritage of the Syrian Orthodox Church.
The script for the film was
written, amongst others, by professor Sebastian P. Brock, a professor at
OxfordUniversity. Professor Brock
specializes in Hebrew, Aramaic and Syrian Orthodox Church
history. This marvellous and breathtaking scientific multimedia project
can serve as a source of information for those who are interested in the
culture, religion and history of one of the oldest Semitic people of the
Middle East, who have been living in this part of the world for
thousands of years.
Contributions to world civilisations
The Aramean
indigenous nation of Middle-East made a great contributions to world
civilisations. This is well summarized by professor
Sebastian Brock who says, “Almost all
societies are dependent upon the use of writing, but very few peoples
realise that the great majority of the world’s scripts can be traced
back to a common ancestor, an alphabet invented in the Middle East four
thousands years ago, which was subsequently refined by the Phoenicians
and the Aramaeans who spread it throughout the known world. It is thus
without doubt one of the greatest gifts of the Aramean peoples to world
culture.” (Hidden
Pearl volume I: Page 27)
“…Nevertheless it is undeniable
that the simple Aramaic alphabet of 22 letters has had the most
extraordinary impact on the development of alphabetic writing systems
throughout the world. Indeed, it is very
hard to imagine how human culture and scientific learning could have
progressed without (the Aramaic language).” (Hidden
Pearl volume I: Page

After the
coming of Jesus Christ, the Arameans of Aram-Naharaim
accepted the teachings of Christ and established, together with the
apostles of Jesus Christ and the converted Jews, the Syrian Church of
Antioch, the second Patriarchy after Jerusalem, where, for the first
time, the followers of Jesus Christ were called “Christians”
(Acts 11:26). This church was the mother of
all the Churches – and the first Church established outside Israel –
whose Patriarch currently resides in Damascus , Syria.
The Semitic
Arameans underwent a change of name after they had embraced Christianity
and were then called “Syrians”,
in order to be distinguished from the Arameans, who were not converted.
Regarding the synonymy Aramean/Syrianfor one and the same
people, please find here below the testimonies of the brilliant scholars of the (West and
East) Syrian
Churchof
Antioch
.
"Assyrians", "Chaldeans",
Maronites etc.. etc.. all are Arameans. All the Christians of Middel-east
( except the Copts of Egypt) are Arameans.
The conclusion of these Gaint scholars is beyond any doubt, namely
that the Syrians, in our known by various
names, are the Arameans of Mesopotamia! When these
brilliant scientists of the Church of Antioch provided the world of
their time with an excellent scientific knowledge, wisdom and theology,
the Western countries were not formed yet in their present-day
magnitude. The science which then were explored, later transferred to
the West, was here still in its infancy. It is a mystery, why these and
many other scholars of our Church are just ignored when it came to the
identity of our people. Isn’t a lack of respect towards these scholars
when today some of the so-called "scholars" in the Western countries
try, with doubtful (political) objectives, to link the Syrian people to
the former Assyrians of antiquity? (More

Aramean
denominations
In East-Syriac we say:
Suryaye and West-Syriac dialect of Aramaic we say: Suryoye.
The English translation is: Syriac /Syrian..
In the Middle East they can be found in Iran, Iraq, Syria, Turkey,
Lebanon, Israel and Jordan. In the very beginning of Christianity our
people were geographically divided into West-Arameans and East-Arameans.
Roughly speaking, the East-Arameans were those living in Persia and the
West-Arameans were those living in the Roman Empire. Over the course of
time, our people split into various Christian denominations.
The area where the Aramean
people come from was known as “Mesopotamia”
and has been divided into the modern countries Iraq, Syria, and Turkey
since the 20th century.
In the ancient times the cradle
of the Aramean forefathers was called,,
Aramnahrin" (or: Aram-Nahrin)
in Aramaic. In Hebrew it was called,,
Aram-Naharaim" which we encounter in
the old testament. When the old testament was translated into Greek,
the term Aram-Naharaim was
translated by Mesopotamia; which
many get familiarized with during their education.
Because of overwhelming presence of Arameans in this part of the world,
in the era of early Christianity, it was called Beth-Aramaya, meaning (in Aramaic)
the house of the Arameans. The
northern part of Aram-Naharaim was called
Paddan-Aram, meaning the land of
Aram where Biblical figures like Abraham and Jacob have lived
and walked, which is roughly speaking situated in south-eastern Turkey.
A part of Paddan-Aram is today called Tur
Abdin in the Aramaic (Syriac) language, which means “the
mountains of the servants of the Lord”,
because of the overwhelming presence of monasteries and churches.
*"The
first inhabitants of
Tur Abdinwere the Arameans"
*About
Beth Nahrin (Mesopotamia):
"Beth Nahrin of the Arameans, the beloved place of
the Syrians"
*"Beth Nahrin Beth Abraham, the land of Noah, Shem and Aram"
*Regarding
Syrian community: "The
Syrian community was known from its beginning
as the Aramean community"
*On
the Syrian (Aramean) language: "In the beginning the
Syrian-Arameans had a refined language adorned with
literature comprising both prose and poetry"
*On
Wafa, the Aramean philosopher: "Wafa the Aramean
was a ancient philosopher and poet who lived well before the
Christian era"
The Western
missionaries and the creation of mythical identities...the Aramean
spiritual genocide….
The
confusion regarding the identity of the Arameans of Mesopotamia was
created in the 16th and late 19th century when the
Western missionaries went to the middle-east and started with their
mission activities.
Although the name of our people
and its history is very well documented by brilliant scholars of the
Syrian Church of Antioch, the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican
missionaries felt it necessary to stick mythical names onto the minds of
our people, which has caused us to be frequently misrepresented in some
media by people who have no authority whatsoever to speak on behalf of
our people. Here below a
word or two about the behavior of the Western missionaries carried out
in the middle-east in the 16th, 19th and 20th century
In 1552/53 the Syrian
“Nestorian” Church of the East was split into two groups as a result of
the activities of the missionaries of the Roman Catholic Church. The
part of the Church united with the Catholic Church in 1552/1553 assumed
the name “Chaldean” and with
that, the Chaldean Church (of Babylon) was born. In the late 19th century, we see a similar
thing happening. This time, being carried out by the Anglican
missionaries, with the remaining part of the East-Syrian “Nestorians” of
Hakkaria (bordering Turkey and Iraq) and Urmia
(Iran), who were wrongfully identified as “Assyrians”;
purely geographical and only applied to the
“Nestorians”.
These painful and mythical
descriptions in reference to our people, invented by outsiders, who were
unaware of the Hidden Pearl, which was, till the present day, buried beneath
the persecutions and ethnic cleansing of past centuries, are definitely
not in agreement with the historical facts recorded by the brilliant
historians of the Church of Antioch(quote above) who
enlightened the world of their time, not only with the theological
knowledge but with profane science as well.
The behaviour of the Western
Missionaries towards the fragmentation of the Aramean nation and the by
themselves created fanatical Spiritual product,,Assyrian" can only be
understood from the spiritual point of view. Which ,,Jesus" is behind
this horrible form of ,,evangelism"? To understand this please click on:
Aramean Spiritual Genocide:
Western Spiritual Colonialism
The Western missionaries came to the Middle East in the name of “Jesus”
and were supposed to preach love, unity, support and protect their
fellow weak Christian brothers and sisters against fanatical people of
the Middle East. However, instead of doing their duty as true
Christians, they weakened, created hatred and split our people in
several sects with the result that our people became vulnerable to the
fanatical groups of the Middle East

Mor Afrem the Syrian
sings about the destruction of the
Assyrian Empire and says,, , Sheol is full
of the men of Sodom, and the Assyrians:
and the giants who were in the flood….. (Nisibine
Hyms, LIII (8) CONCERNING SATAN AND DEATH)
Eusebius Pamphili
(265-340 AC), the bishop of Caesarea also called “ The father of the Church history”
says about the
destruction of the Assyrians “On
the overthrow of the Assyrian Empire, which was destroyed
by thunderbolts from Heaven……"Truly, then, the poisonous
race may be said to be extinct. Death himself is extinct, and
the truth of the resurrection sealed. Again, the Assyrian
race is gone, (His book: "TO THE ASSEMBLY OF
THE SAINTS.")
Quintus Septimus Florens Tertullian, a lawyer from Carthage
(ca. 160 AC) says,, On this wise,
accordingly, (Scripture) entitled the magi also with the
appellation of "Samaritans,"--"despoiled" (of that) which they
had had in common with the Samaritans, as we have said--idolatry
in opposition to the Lord. (It adds), "in opposition," moreover,
"to the king of the Assyrians,"--in opposition to
the devil, who to this hour thinks himself to be
reigning, if he detrudes the saints from the religion of God.

Subject: Aramaea
Dear Team,
Thank you for your insightful website.
I
came your way because I am attempting to find out why I named my
daughter Aramaea.
While I was pregnant I dreamed a reoccurring dream in which a voice kept
saying to me "and the child shall be
called Aramaea"..
Once I had given up and declared "OK THE CHILD SHALL BE CALLED ARAMAEA!!"
The Dream stopped. Now I am researching what Aramaea means, who they
were/are, and why the heck a little baby in New Zealand should be named
Aramaea. Hence I have discovered your site... how wonderful. I will
attempt to locate some-one here in New Zealand who can perhaps teach my
daughter the language. She will be One year old on April 7th. I have
attached a photo of her for you to smile at. She is a lovely little
soul, I shall do my best to bring her up to do her lovely name justice.
Henry Morgenthau was United States ambassador
to Ottoman Turkey between 1913 and 1916. In his book
'Henry Morgenthau's story'
we read about the Genocide of the Christians in the Ottoman
Empire:
"And now the Young Turks, who had adopted so many of Abdul
Hamid's ideas, also made his Armenian policy their own. Their
passion for Turkifying the nation seemed to demand logically the
extermination of all
Christians---Greeks, Syrians (= Arameans), and Armenians.
....... They would destroy all Greeks, Syrians (= Arameans), Armenians, and
other Christians, move Moslem families into
their homes and into their farms, and so make sure that these
territories would not similarly be taken away from Turkey.
